Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7-10 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, and personal or hygiene products. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing may take 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
